How can I cancel/reactivate my subscription? Can I get a refund?
In this article, we answer the following questions
How to cancel your subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your online account as described below. Your subscription will also be canceled automatically if your automatic payment fails and is not made successfully within 14 days. Canceling your subscription means you won’t be charged anymore. It does not immediately end your license; you can continue using FlippingBook Online for the period you have paid for. If you want to prevent automatic charges, you can cancel immediately after the payment is made and still fully use your license.
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the Subscription page in your online account.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm you want to cancel your subscription by pressing Unsubscribe.
Note
Canceling your subscription does not mean you get a refund for the period you have already paid. It only stops automatic charges in the future. Refer to our refund policy to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Am I eligible for a refund?
Our refund policy for FlippingBook Online purchases is as follows:
- You are eligible for a full refund for all FlippingBook Online purchases if you apply within two business days after the payment was made. The exception is if you download a flipbook for self-hosting after making the payment. By downloading the files for self-hosting you forfeit your right to refunds.
- In addition, automatic renewals for yearly subscriptions are fully refundable within one week after the payment is made.
Exceptions can only be granted at FlippingBook Ltd.'s sole discretion.
Note that refunds for initial license purchases or renewals will cancel your license. Your account will become unavailable and your flipbooks will go offline.
For security reasons, we can only consider refund requests if they are made by email to support@flippingbook.com.
Reactivate your subscription
If your subscription is canceled, you can still use your license until the Valid till date. After that, your flipbooks will no longer be available for viewing online (and completely deleted after 180 days). Note that you can't upgrade to a higher plan if your subscription is canceled. You will have to resume it first.
To reactivate a canceled subscription:
- Open the Subscription page in your online account
- Press the Resume Subscription button.
- If your license has not yet expired, we will resume your subscription and bill you on the Valid till date.
- If your license has expired, we will bill you immediately. If your license expired less than 180 days ago, your account will be fully restored with all your flipbooks.
- If your license has expired, we will bill you immediately. If your license expired more than 180 days ago, you will start with an empty account.
