When you start using FlippingBook Online, it can take a few tries before you’re totally satisfied with your finished publications. Below are some common errors you might encounter, along with some resources to help you troubleshoot.

Error “The publication cannot be created because the size of your PDF exceeds the 500 MB limit.”

Unfortunately, there are a few limitations on what kinds of PDF files you can use, such as that they cannot be larger than 2000 pages. Please shorten your PDF document or edit to two or more separate catalogs.

Error “The publication cannot be created because the number of pages in your PDF file exceeds the 2000-page limit.”

Unfortunately, there are a few limitations on what kinds of PDF files you can use, such as that they cannot be larger than 2000 pages. Please shorten your PDF document or edit to two or more separate catalogs.

Error “The selected PDF file is password-protected. To create a publication, please remove the password and try again.”

Because of FlippingBook Online’s technical specifications, the program cannot automatically convert password-protected PDF files. Before uploading your PDF file, please remove any password restrictions.

Error “Looks like something went wrong. Please, try again or let us look into this issue.”
