Can I use FlippingBook Online with several users?

The Team plan in FlippingBook Online is an ideal solution for companies that want to have multiple users assigned to the same account. With the Team plan, you get:

• Multiple users under the same FlippingBook Online account.
• Different login/password credentials for each user;
• Separate workspaces for each user, with their own flipbooks and their own Trackable links sections;
• Shared folders where all users can collaborate on flipbooks;
• One billing contact and a single invoice for all users within the company;

What’s included in the Team plan?

• Multiple customization options: Branding & Design, Marketing Tools, Password Protection;
• 5 users by default (one admin account + 4 users);
• Google Analytics integration: track stats for both your and your teammates' flipbooks with a single Measurement ID;
• Hosting on FlippingBook with 1,000 flipbooks storage space;
• 2000 Trackable links;
• Brand your flipbook URL with a custom domain

Every user of the Team plan will have a separate workspace for creating publications, with 1,000 flipbook slots in total across the whole team.

Do you need more features?

We also offer an Enterprise version of the Team plan, with even more possibilities:

• Create more than 1000 flipbooks and more than 2000 Trackable links;
• 10 users standard;
• 3 custom domains by default.

How do Custom Domains work?

If you want to brand the URLs for your flipbooks, that's possible with both the Team and Enterprise plans. While safely hosted with FlippingBook, your publications will be accessible on a unique subdomain. So instead of a standard link like online.flippingbook.com/view/354803, your flipbook link could look like this: catalogs.yourcompany.com/view/354803.

Note! You can purchase additional users and custom domains for both the Team plan and the Enterprise plan.

How much does it cost?

You can pay for both the Team plan and the Team plan Enterprise on a monthly or yearly basis.

Pricing for the Enterprise plan is custom, depending on your needs. If you need for example 10 or more users, multiple custom domains, want to discuss custom terms of service, require additional support in the form of security reviews, need advanced API access to automatically create flipbooks, or need to create more flipbooks than the 1000 flipbooks that come with the Team plan, then we will be glad to discuss that. Additional Users

If you want to add more users to your Team or Enterprise account, you can buy additional user slots(*) at any time(**) for both monthly and yearly billing options.

(*) This is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the time period you’ve already paid for. And, upon the next renewal, a surcharge will be added for every additional user.
