• What is your refund policy?

We hope you enjoy using FlippingBook’s products. However, if you decide to request a refund of the amount you paid for our product, here is our refund policy:

  • For FlippingBook Publisher, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date without providing a specific reason. After the 30-day period,  we unfortunately cannot provide any refunds. Exceptions are possible only at the company’s sole discretion, e.g., due to some technical incompatibilities.

Refunds can be given for all purchases with us, including the following:

  • License purchases
  • Upgrades to more advanced licenses
  • Subscription renewals
  • Subscription changes
  • For FlippingBook Online, you have two days (48 hours) to ask for a refund for subscriptions billed monthly or yearly without providing a specific reason. After the two-day period, refunds are not possible. Exceptions will only be granted in cases involving technical issues that cannot be fixed within a reasonable period.

Refunds can be given for all purchases with us, including the following:

  • Product purchases
  • Upgrades to more advanced plans
  • Subscription renewals
  • Changes to annual billing

Note!Once your refund is issued, you will no longer have access to your publications.

We will be glad to discuss refunds over chat or the phone. However, official requests for refunds must be sent to our email address.
