How can I get a refund for Flippingbook Publisher?

We hope you enjoy using the FlippingBook Publisher product. However, if you decide to request a refund of the amount you paid for our product, here is our refund policy:

For new FlippingBook Publisher purchases, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date without providing a specific reason. After the 30-day period,  we, unfortunately, cannot provide any refunds. Exceptions are possible only at the company’s sole discretion, e.g., due to some technical difficulties that could not be overcome.

Refunds can be given for:

• New license purchases
• Incorrect upgrades to more advanced licenses
• Automatic support contract renewals
