How can I get a price quote?

A price quote is a payment document that allows a future customer to see what costs would be involved for the product they would like to purchase.

Our pricing page is not providing the immediate means to generate such a document. However, it is still possible to purchase Publisher or renew any of the support services via a price quote. In particular, you will need a price quote if you want to purchase FlippingBook Publisher via purchase order, ACH transfer, or wire transfer.

Price quotes for initial purchases

In order to prepare a price quote we will need the following details:

  • What product or service you want to buy (which edition of FlippingBook Publisher - Professional or Business, and for how many users)
  • Your first and last name
  • Company name
  • Address
  • ZIP/ Postal code, city and country
  • Your e-mail address
  • VAT ID (if any - applicable to European customers)
  • Currency

Please send this information via the contact form on our website.

Once we receive all the necessary information for the quote, we will create and send it to you by email. You will receive the following documents from us:

  • A link to your price quote in PDF format
  • A link to a shopping cart to order online
  • A reference number for any questions regarding the processing of the order

If you want to get a discount for non-profit organizations, please, write us your request to and ask us to specify whether it can be given to your organization.
If we are ready to give you the discount which we confirmed by email, please, send us the following information about your organization:
- A link to your organization’s website;
- An official document proving that your organization is an academic, non-profit or charity organization; and
- A list of this information from your corporate email to

Price quotes for renewals of support services

When it comes to the price quote for support service renewal, you can generate a quote yourself in your online account:

If you cannot access your profile, or cannot generate the quote through your profile for some other reason, we will be happy to generate a quote for you. Just contact us and let us know if you want to renew for 1 year, 2 years, or set up an auto-renewing subscription (this fixates the same rate for the following years)

  1. Proceed to your account:

  1. In the pop-up window, select Get quote

  1. Change currency on the checkout page if needed

  1. Fill in your billing details:

  1. If your organization is based in the United States and you are tax exempt, then click “Are you a sales tax-exempt organization?” link to apply for a Cleverbridge document ID

  1. Upon filling all the details click Next and then Request Price Quote on the next page

Now you have the payment link, price quote in PDF file format, and Cleverbridge reference number.

All price quotes are valid for 14 days.

Our payments are processed by Cleverbridge AG and remain secure throughout the shopping process.
