Elevated Collective is a learning and development consultancy based in California. Since 2017, they’ve helped organizations strengthen their teams through custom programs in leadership, conflict resolution, and inclusion training.
They work with clients from multiple industries, offering in-person workshops and tailored e-learning solutions.
Challenge
For a business rooted in professional development, first impressions and ongoing engagement are crucial. Elevated Collective creates a wide range of materials to support their programs. These include promotional items, toolkits, and more. Each piece plays an important role in how the company presents itself to clients, so the content needs to look professional and reflect the brand's identity from the very beginning.
Before switching to FlippingBook, the team typically shared their materials as PDFs. While this format worked in many cases, it occasionally caused delivery issues due to client firewall settings.
Additionally, the PDF format often felt static and didn’t offer the engaging experience Rhonda Moret, CEO of Elevated Collective, needed. With over two decades of background in marketing, she understood how much presentation matters, and how even small touches can make a big impact.
I use materials before client calls and meetings to catch someone’s attention. They set that brand tonality that’s so critical at the beginning of a relationship.
She was looking for a format that looked polished, felt modern, and aligned with the values her brand was built on.
Solution
In March 2025, Elevated Collective switched to FlippingBook, moving away from their previous tool, Issuu, because of its steep price increase.
Since then, they’ve used FlippingBook to share:
- Personalized proposals.
- Promotional materials.
- Workshop takeaways and summaries.
- Client onboarding kits.
These materials support the full client journey, whether they’re used for the City of Toronto or for a college in California. Rhonda Moret highlights that clients consistently prefer the flipbook format over PDFs, appreciating its design, interactive feel, and ease of use and sharing.
People enjoy it, it’s easy to use and more enjoyable to look at. It goes far beyond what a PDF can offer, especially in terms of sensory elements.
She also notes how the tool has become an integral part of their sales process, especially in the early stages of client engagement.
I’ve been really happy with FlippingBook. I use it in just a few focused ways, but it’s been very effective. Most organizations aren’t using tools like this. It gives us a competitive edge.
With FlippingBook, Elevated Collective continues to deliver content that not only informs but also reflects the quality of their work.
Results
Since FlippingBook tool implementation, Elevated Collective has:
- Delivered polished and branded content that stands out from traditional PDFs.
- Created a more engaging pre-sales and post-workshop experience for clients.
- Made content delivery easier with trackable links.
- Strengthened their positioning as a modern and client-focused brand.
According to Rhonda, making a strong impression is always top of mind when running her own business, and FlippingBook plays a key role in supporting that goal.
I’m always thinking about how to make the brand stand out. Flipbook helps with that. It’s engaging, hits on different senses—even the sound of the pages flipping—and makes our brand feel contemporary and a bit innovative.
While FlippingBook already helps reinforce Elevated Collective’s brand and content strategy, Rhonda is exploring ways to get even more out of the tool.
She’s particularly interested in using interactive elements, such as embed videos, whether to share workshop takeaways, recordings, or personal greetings. She’s also considering FlippingBook’s built-in link customization and tracking features.
