Degraded performance due to Amazon AWS outage馃毃

Due to an outage in our data center at Amazon AWS, affecting numerous services worldwide, we are encountering issues with FippingBook online and with other services that we use. So far, we have encountered the following problems

  • In FlippingBook Online, you may encounter error messages and delays.
    • The main services, creating and providing flipbooks, are all working correctly. 
    • The Trackable Links section is unavailable. You can still create trackable links, and all links you created before are working, but data about the usage of your Trackable links is unavailable, as are options to manage them. 
    • New users who sign up see an empty page. This can be resolved by reloading.
    • Some flipbooks with built-in Typeforms show an error message when your readers open the Typeform
    • Images in our Help Center do not appear. 
  • Chat unavailable - this is an external service we use to chat with you on our website. Please contact us by emailing support@flippingbook.com instead. 
  • Statuspage unavailable - this is an external service we use to inform you about outages like these. We will update this page instead.

Update: We see signs of all affected services returning, though delays can still occur. If you encounter any issues, then we advise you to reload the affected page.
