The Company’s platform helps thousands of businesses across the globe simplify data management, comply with regulations, and establish transparency between brands and clients. Their main service is cookie banner integration but the product's value goes way beyond collecting data consent. On top of that, the Company is a well-known innovator in the field, committed to bringing its clients the best and most effective solutions on the market.
Challenge
A few years ago, the Company, which was rapidly growing, began working closely with high-stakes accounts and identified significant potential in account-based sales. To beat the competition and present their services to decision-makers compellingly, they needed to create high-value marketing proposals. A sales rep would send a personalized, professionally designed proposal to a lead before or after the meeting, so the potential client could reference it when making a decision or discussing it within the company.
Well-crafted marketing materials typically take a lot of time and effort to produce. As the Company had just started delving into account-based marketing, its resources were still limited, and a team member tasked with creating the materials needed to make the process as fast and efficient as possible.
As a team of one, I relied heavily on technology and needed an impactful solution right from the start. Something tangible that the sales team would be proud to put in front of a customer.

Once in FlippingBook, the content could be further enhanced with videos, GIFs, and pop-ups. This allowed the Company to pack a lot of important information into an engaging format that clients were motivated to read, as it was short yet exciting.
The fact that we can support text with video, links, and pop-up diagrams has been huge for us. It’s devastating when you create a fifty-page document and nobody wants to read it. But if it's just five pages and includes some video, audio, and imagery, people actually get through it.
After a bit of testing and experimenting, the Company came up with a convenient process for creating exactly the materials that the sales team required:
- The account-based marketing team prepared a few baseline documents that could be quickly modified for a specific client.
- When a sales rep required marketing materials for a new account, they filled out a special request form on the Company project management platform.
- A member of the marketing team branded the document for that specific lead, included some bespoke content, and uploaded it to FlippingBook, where it already had all the interactive elements.
- The sales rep got the link to the ready interactive proposal and sent it to a lead via email.
