One of our clients is a prominent player in the enterprise software industry. With a workforce of 10,000+ employees and offices across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, the Company serves over 100,000 customers globally. Their innovative platform integrates artificial intelligence into team workflows to automate routine tasks, analyze data, and enhance communication. It brings together people, models, AI agents, and tools to create a shared context without silos.
Challenge and Search for Solution
As an enterprise-grade technology platform, the Company's product architecture is quite vast. To support knowledge sharing, a dedicated department designs learning programs for customers, partners, and employees. Resource guides, training kits, research reports, and onboarding briefs are just a few examples of the documents they create. Some materials reach 200 pages and include many charts, interface screenshots, and video tutorials.
Previously, the team arranged learning courses through an online training system. However, the process was cumbersome. Participants couldn't easily navigate around the platform or revisit the materials after a lesson was complete. The Company created PDF guides in Adobe Express to distribute them as reference sources, but they weren't as engaging as the team had hoped. On top of that, every update required managers to resend files or make people retake programs unnecessarily.
I wanted to create a resource that people could take away: actionable, interactive, and easy to navigate.
Since the team already had many internal assets—videos, links, PDF documents, previous courses—they also looked for a tool that would let them weave everything together. That's when FlippingBook came on their radar.
Solution
The team seamlessly converted their existing PDFs to online flipbooks, thanks to a native integration that FlippingBook and Adobe Express share. Each digital guide now had its own direct link that stayed the same even when the original PDF was updated. The process of adding new content and keeping it fresh became fast and smooth.
The ability to update a guide without changing the link is huge. I just tweak the design in Adobe Express, replace the PDF in FlippingBook, and everyone automatically has the latest version.
Training managers also noted how user-friendly FlippingBook was: despite being new to creative tools, they easily found their way around the platform. With a bit of time to learn, they could add branding elements like the Company logo, disable sharing and printing to ensure privacy, and use interactivity for better engagement.
It's easy for anyone to create or update content, saving money and time. Flexibility and simplicity are major benefits.
⭐ FlippingBook saves time on content localization
As a global Company, the team runs courses in several languages. Before FlippingBook, it would've taken months to translate a program through vendors. But now, managers could recreate the flipbook version in about a day, even with different texts, videos, and layouts.
Results
In a nutshell, here's what the Company achieved with flipbooks as their digital guides:
- The team creates, updates, and localizes content faster,
- Materials are easier to find and revisit for all participants,
- Interactivity boosts knowledge retention and receives great feedback.
FlippingBook quickly became a trusted resource for everyone in the Company to refer to after a training. Participants now always have the takeaways, text blurbs, and video tutorials right at their fingertips. Managers share digital guides as direct links or embed them on course web pages. Sometimes a flipbook is the course: the format delivers all the necessary information without the need for other platforms or tools.
Our partners love that it's not just a PDF—it's something more thoughtful. We're really focused on making trainings that are worth their time, and FlippingBook is a great resource for that.
Last but not least, the team appreciates FlippingBook's reporting features. Alongside internal data, they now track how many people open a flipbook, which links they clicked, and more. With geolocation and engagement metrics, managers can assess the reach of their materials, identify areas where readers lose interest, and refine the course content.
Research shows that interactive learning can increase engagement by up to 60% compared to traditional instructions. Want to make your learning programs more effective, too?
