Staging Solutions is a Texas-based marketing and event production company that helps major brands like LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Hewlett-Packard bring standout event experiences to life. One of the company’s greatest strengths is its creative team, which transforms client goals into compelling stories through stage design, technology, graphics, and content.
To present their work in a way that matches their creative approach, Staging Solutions uses FlippingBook. It allows them to share content that looks polished, feels interactive, and reflects the quality of their brand.
Challenge
Before switching to FlippingBook, the team at Staging Solutions shared proposals as large PDF files created in PowerPoint. While the presentations looked professional, the format came with limitations: the files were heavy, lacked interactivity, and provided no feedback on how clients engaged with the content.
When I came on board, I saw that process and thought we could do better. Our proposals looked nice, but told us nothing. We didn’t know what was working, what wasn’t. We’d win some, lose some, but learn nothing.
Sending documents over 20 MB by email was also a challenge, especially with large companies. Strict security filters could scan and remove the file before it even reached the recipient.
Roy Benear, Marketing & Communications Manager, wanted a solution that would let his team present content in an eye-catching, user-friendly format while also offering insights into how proposals were being received.
Solution
Staging Solutions made the switch to FlippingBook in summer 2025. Since then, they’ve been using it across sales and marketing to create:
- Sales proposals and RFP responses.
- Capability books for client outreach.
- Interactive visuals with embedded video.
One of the first things the team noticed was how easy FlippingBook is to use, especially compared to other tools they had tried before. Its simplicity and clear navigation stood out right away.
The company now sends proposals as links. This makes content easier to access and more likely to reach the client without firewall issues. According to Roy:
The client response is great. Now nobody says, ‘I can’t open it.’ They say, ‘This is easy.’
One of the key reasons Staging Solutions chose FlippingBook was the ability to see how clients engage with their proposals. Roy Benear shared that having insight into client interaction is essential in their competitive space.
What we need now is to see what resonates with clients: which pages they view, where they spend time, and how many times the file is opened. Those data points help us refine how we tell our story.
FlippingBook has also helped elevate the company’s visual storytelling. The team continues to build proposals in PowerPoint but enhances them with interactive elements like embedded videos.
Results
With FlippingBook, Staging Solutions has transformed how they present and frame client proposals. They now:
- Deliver visually engaging, easy-to-access content that reflects their brand.
- Track how clients interact with proposals to understand what resonates most.
- Use analytics to improve proposals over time and guide sales strategy.
For us to grow, we need a better handle on what clients value in a proposal. FlippingBook’s data gives us that, and as we send more, we’re starting to see trend lines.
Staging Solutions plans to make even greater use of FlippingBook’s capabilities, including trackable links and summary reports across flipbooks to better understand client behavior and what gets the most attention.
We’re getting valuable information, and it sounds like more analytics are coming that will help us focus even better. We’re thrilled—it’s been great, a perfect fit for us.
