Nothing Happens on “Import / Any File”

Once you attempt to import a file using “Import / Any File” option and nothing happens for a long time, it means that there is a problem in interaction of FlippingBook Publisher with the original software that was used to create or open this file.

In this case please follow the steps below:

1. Quit FlippingBook Publisher.
2. Open the file you want to import with original software that is used usually to open this file format (e.g. If it is a .ppt presentation file use Microsoft PowerPoint or .doc file use Microsoft Word etc.).
3. Select ‘Print’ option and set FlippingBook Printer as a device (this printing option is installed with original FlippingBook Publisher).

After the steps above are completed, your file will be imported to FlippingBook Publisher and it will be opened in Publisher after printing finish
